Please read carefully as these are the terms and conditions between you (customer/knick-knacker) and us ( Find U A Knick Knack).

Here at Find U A Knick Knack you will receive the absolute best customer service, please be respectful and courteous to us and other Knick Knackers.

We have a zero tolerance for disrespect, bullying etc. therefore,

We reserve the rights to refuse service to any Knick-Knacker if deemed necessary. If behavior is deemed inappropriate, your account can be disabled.

Every sale is a final sale, (please see return policies).

Every item is handmade with love by Find U A Knick Knack unless specified in item description.

Please see shipping policy for any shipping information.

We do not claim the rights to any images being sold here. We do however make items according to customer’s request. We will make alterations to certain images to make items customized for our customers.

Certain art available for certain items are hand drawn by us and therefore the copyrights solely belong to Find U A Knick Knack, any unique hand drawn art seen in our products will be only sold here. Our art is not for commercial reuse.

Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns on custom orders. Sales are final.
If product is received in a damaged condition, please contact your local post office to file a claim as every order is protected, also please contact us and provide thorough information about the claim and we will work together to file a refund claim through your local postal service provider.
Find U A Knick Knack is not responsible for damaged items through shipping. Please note you will not receive a refund of any kind.
If there’s any problem with your order, once it is received, please contact us for possible solutions.
Customer is responsible for all customs fees and regulations. We are not responsible for any tariffs.
